TTX I is the Single Sided High Speed Rotary Tablet Press Machine (TTX I, GMP Models -26 Stn. “D”, 32 Stn.“B” & 40 Stn. “BB”) is ideally suited for projects that require the higher output to cater to large scale batch production needs. Built-in compliance with the cGMP standards, it is optimally designed for all kinds of pharmaceutical companies.

TTX I Single Sided High Speed Rotary Tablet Press Machine with pre-compression facility can be delivered 70 RPM during production, machine is having an excellent structure i.e. Center/Direct driven oil immersed gear box with internal helical gear pinion drive to take the turret load without any complications. Main motor &bottom driven force feeder assembly with ACVFD and can be easily removed & clean is very fast & easier. Machines. Electromagnetic clutch to protect rotating parts from the starting toque means, less wear & tare during operations.

Turret with SS 316 Middle Plate with Electro-less Nickle Plating with fitted Lower Punch Seals. The operational team can regulate all the tablet parameters i.e. weight, thickness & pressure from outside the tableting zone.
