- Tooling manufactured goes through online inspection and acute quality control tests which enables us to produce zero defect tooling.
- Tip to body undercut is done on VMC for shape tooling keeping chamfer uniform throughout resulting in the tip getting uniform strength & optimum life.
- Use of special polishing compound on punch tips which enhances the tip finish resulting in distinct finish of the compressed tablets.
- All operations are carried out on CNC MACHINES for perfection & acute control in dimensions.
- Working length & Cup Depth are controlled within tolerance as per TSM/EURO NORMS resulting in uniformity of tablets.
- Mastercam is used for efficient designs & accurate programming for producing precision tools.

As per the customer’s requirement, we are also manufacturing Dies & Punches with the Dust Groove and supplying he same with Dust Cap/Dust Cover for the safety of Tablets.
Granule contamination during the tabletting process can cause costly manufacturing problems. ‘Black Spots’ on tablets resulting in high numbers of rejected tablets, increased wear of punch guides and tightening of upper punches can result in excessive machine down time and high maintenance costs.
Sealed grove punch die sets are designed to prevent guide way and tablet contamination during the tablet compression process, a vast improvement over traditional dust caps used in the pharmaceutical, confectionery and allied industries.
